Additional Information

Under the collaboration agreement, following the A-Level results and acceptance of a place at any one of the partner institutions, students and their tutors liaise with the Centre which transcribes all enrolment material, academic handbooks, module information and departmental information for students to be able to make their module choices.

The Centre meets the coordinating tutors and disability support staff, liaises with academic departments and immediately begins to transcribe core texts.  Subsequently the Centre consults regularly with the students and their tutors to determine the priority in which to record all non-core texts and material for optional modules, and guarantees delivery of alternative formats within mutually agreed deadlines.
