Is your Appraisal due? Read the SWWHEP Staff Update Brochure

It is common for many staff at each of the 3 partner Universities to prepare for and undertake their Appraisal (normally with their Manager or designated Appraiser) at this time of year and for the months leading up to April/May.

For those who completed an Appraisal in 2009, the brochure also provides ideas on courses available to meet some of the objectives you may have recorded in that last Appraisal.

Additionally, many staff use the Update brochure in order to prompt and help with ideas prior to the actual Appraisal and in gathering ideas for this.

In addition to the brochure for 2010 we will be using E-mail to remind you of the dates that brochure courses are being run and to make you aware of any additional courses and events being run but not advertised in our  Update brochure pdf .
