Konica Minolta launches CS Remote Care system at the SWWHEPP institutions

Konica Minolta, the official supplier of Photocopiers/Multi-Function Devices to the three institutions, has now launched the CS Remote Care system which is operational on all devices fitted with a modem. The system enables the supplier to remotely access the devices to monitor performance of the machines, and to provide accurate meter readings.
