Working Together

Working Together during the past 18 months has enabled SU, SMU and UWTSD to:

  • Share best practice - each University has its own area of specialism and we have been able to capitalise on this expertise for the benefit of both staff and students.
  • Conduct a collaborative revision of our Race Equality Policies and Action Plan.
  • Appoint "Kidsunlimited" as the SWWHEP provider for Childcare Vouchers - a salary sacrifice scheme that assists the cost of childcare for employees.
  • Become members of "Stonewall" - an equality organisation that promotes the rights of Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, and Trans employees.
  • Share equality training resources for the benefit of all, including the purchase of Marshall ACM Online Diversity Training E-Learning service, which all 3 University's can now access.
