SWWHEP Equal Opportunities

The purpose of the SWWHEP Equal Opportunities Project is to enhance and expand the existing equality provision between Swansea University, Swansea Metropolitan University and Trinity College Carmarthen, in order to develop a network of excellence.

Collectively between the 3 Institutions we are both a large employer and a major provider of higher education in South West Wales. As such, we have a responsibility to have due regard for the principles of Equal Opportunity.  As well as supporting staff and students, our project also aims to have a wide reaching effect within South West Wales in terms of increasing our contribution to the cultural, civic and economic development of the area.
