Universities have top experts in a wide variety of subjects who can be valuable resources to businesses.  The aim of the Dragon Innovation Partnership is to advise you whether there are experts from the three universities with the right expertise to meet your needs.  When this is established, the Partnership can help develop a comprehensive support package, tailored to your requirements.
