There are four SWWHEP members of staff employed for this particular project. They are:

Alumni Co-ordinator – responsible for working with the alumni offices at each of the three institutions to assist with developing an improved service and better communication with alumni, as well as sharing best practice and recommendations in the area of alumni relations.

International Events and Recruitment Officer – responsible for identifying international student recruitment needs at each of the three institutions, promoting the institutions to overseas students and developing the international alumni ambassador scheme.

Data Officer – responsible for data mining. 

CRM Technical Officer – responsible for providing the technical support necessary to implement the CRM system and transfer data.
