Customer Relationship Management
Since the start of the SWWHEP project all three of the partner institutions have implemented a new CRM database which has enabled the alumni teams to keep in better contact with their former students. An alumni survey was sent out in December 2009, the results of which will help determine future alumni activities. Swansea University and Swansea Metropolitan University’s questionnaires are still open and you can complete them here:
Chapters
Alumni chapters for all three institutions have been established via a variety of online networking tools. This facility is designed to allow alumni to create and develop micro-communities across the globe. Alumni events are also being arranged to provide social and business networking opportunities.
