The Alumni and International Recruitment collaboration aims to enhance communication with alumni of the three partner institutions, improve the level of service available to them, and help to keep their memories of student life alive.

Central to the project is the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management system which will enable alumni office staff to communicate more effectively with alumni.

An international Alumni Ambassador Scheme will also be developed, with past students interacting with potential international students by providing a true picture of what it is like to live and study in South West Wales.
