This section outlines how the SWWHEP website is updated and maintained. 

All updates and content amendments should be emailed to the SWWHEP Webmaster Chris Rees.  All new content must be translated into Welsh before it can be published on the live website.  Therefore, it is recommended that members of SWWHEP staff wanting to add content should give at least one weeks notice in order for content to be translated.  For example if you wish to advertise an event taking place on a certain date, then content should be sent well in advance in order for the news item to be displayed in time.

Content is published to a secure test site before it is uploaded to the live website.  Staff must make sure that all information provided is accurate and correct and does not misrepresent SWWHEP in anyway.  Content will be subject to approval by the webmaster and if felt neccessary by project management.
